The return policy of Marielle Stokkelaar B.V. gives you the possibility to return the product within 14 days of receipt. You have the right to open the package and check the contents. The product must be returned without user traces and in original packaging.
If an order is returned, always keep the tracking number and a copy of the receipt, this is proof of shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If everything goes according to the above-mentioned process, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 days. As a customer, you have the right to be refunded the full purchase price of the products, however, this does not apply to shipping costs.
